Worst company , poor management specially the lady boss who is MD wife is is lady don. She misguides MD about everything. Overall bad company , no work ethics.

Treat employees as servants , they have made hotel inside office where they do parties and do layover with friends .

First of all steel on call company visited our campus for placements , Around 6 members were selected for this placement. At starting they told 5LPA package but when 2 members went to office there they told it was 3.5 LPA even though we 2 myself and one of selected candidate joined and started doing work there for 45 days , after completion of our training period of 45 days they are telling it was internship and they only provide 5k for 45 days .

1.He is a trader, it's not company 2.No smooth exits, only terminations 3.Unnecessary hype using with digital marketing, it's a bubble 4.with out notice termination 5.Toxic culture 6.Full of spies, who works for proprietor 7.Unprofessional teams, If any one harassed by manager, no one will support including HR 8.Office looks like corporate, but it's a but it's just a trading company, trying to create market hype for something else. 9.i am not recommend this firm to anyone to do job 10.They don't know how to treat employees who came from long distance 11.Lot of issues with customers
