New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Nothing.If anybody want to destroy his/her career then it is the right place.

Experience is horrible,this is a cheater company.They will not give salary and other benefits at he end of month.At the time of selection they promised something ,in offer letter mentioned something and the the time of salary you will get something even you may get nothing. People comes from good company and trapped by their so called 1st time behavior but within few days they realize what a great mistake they have done. All levels are victims(Sr. to Jr.level) and all departments(though they have no such dept.) Sales to accounts to back office to front office. Gopinath and Rajesh Gangully both are same and 1st class liar.They easily cheat people not giving their Salary and other things. Several Peoples are victim. They have no plant,no certification , no brochures ,no HR etc. (i.e no organizational Structure)
