All Manager are not professional, because they ITI or diploma , they retire or extended job after retirement so all time they feel insecurness.That way they not support to good candidate like btech or good compitater. They want to bound one are to there junio for only insecurness.

Nice company to work with, Lots of new to learn. Some good leaders that can change your life and is more keen to teach you with their experience.

Some toxic people works since ages, who will disturb you unnecessary.

Steelcast is esteem firm. it's management is very good .all the boxes are very cooperative and mortally support their co staff. Working with steelcast is very pleasant
