STEELAGE INDUSTRIES LTD. has not been a good experience . Senior Management was professionally not up to mark with nothing they were uninspiring. Working culture of the Company highly unprofessional, to say the least. In today's competitive environment, QUALITY OF PEOPLE has been rather not upto the requisite standards which actually defines the overall standard if the organisation. This is one company one would join as a 'stop gap' arrangement and can never look for Growth & Career progression. With HR discipline not good enough, company is found wanting on matters of values and work - ethics.

Dislikes

'Professional Quality' of people has not been good enough, to say the least. With work-culture what it is, Senior Management is rather uninspiring - all this does not take an organization too far. STEELAGE can be termed as an organisation that holds no great future for its employees. The reason for most organisations in similar fields have overtaken this company speaks volumes of the Quality of the organisation as a whole.
