I worked at JAMSHEDPUR plant After i left company, they did not release my PF account and also cut my last month salary even after serving notice period. Very bad management. Management team behaviour is very disappointing, they don't care about any employee, They can terminate any employee at any time, Mass termination happens in every 2 to 3 years, they fire engineers and managers in bulk Plant head and managers always pushes for extra work more than shift time without paying overtime Salary is very minimum Work culture is demoralising type Head office from Punjab plant pays no attention to employees

I worked at SSWL International Marketing Department 1) SSWL is highly agressive in approach and reaching new heights each passing year 2) Team is aggressive but lot to learn from them if you take on positive note 3) International Marketing Team is supportive your ideas and Pov are entertained 4) Opportunity to travel within India and abroad specific to area your are handling 5) Saturday off 2nd and 4th (You may need to work from Home) 6) TGIF each quarter 7) Small achievement are celebrated special mention Mr Salil sir and Muzammil sir which keeps the environment up (Specific to Pune Office) 8) Skill development is now put in focus 9) Flexi Time 10) WFH on emergency

1) HR policies not good they hold your salary of notice period (3 months) and pay during fnf however after begging they release salary 2) Salary disparity 3) If you have experience of +5 years do not settle for less than 15 lacs as the work load is huge 4) Long working hours 5) R&d and marketing are on different tangent which leads to delay in projects 6) R&d and plant team are highly unaware and ready to adapt about quality requirement for export which leads to claims 7) Most of the time of BD goes in handling the supply chain and resolving quality claims 8) Back office team needs to pull up socks and take responsibility for supply chain 9) Majority of business is Aftermarket so cat and mouse game each month 10) Team is focusing on Export OEMs but plant team not capable of it as they have chalta he attitude 11) Project Management team is always on toss they do not have enough support

I have Joined this Company 8 October 2020 as a D.ET. ,Now I'm Assistant Engineer But My Current CTC Salary till now 16500 But Now New Joining Employee As D.ET. 16500 There is no defence between Both are Salary Same My Experience 2 Year 9 Month Now (2023 CTC Salary -16500) in Steel Strips wheels Ltd Mehsana So Please Notice this point Thank you
