I worked at JAMSHEDPUR plant After i left company, they did not release my PF account and also cut my last month salary even after serving notice period. Very bad management. Management team behaviour is very disappointing, they don't care about any employee, They can terminate any employee at any time, Mass termination happens in every 2 to 3 years, they fire engineers and managers in bulk Plant head and managers always pushes for extra work more than shift time without paying overtime Salary is very minimum Work culture is demoralising type Head office from Punjab plant pays no attention to employees

For freshers very very low salary, No any job security, hectic work load, if you ever been offered by the company kindly ask for huge amount of salary because as you get selected there will be very very less salary hike every year.. You'll regret that why you joined this company.

Worst Work Environment. Company policies are fair enough. Job security is nil. Appraisals are below average.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Salary is indecent. Career growth is slow. Even trainees who are supposed to stay for nearly an year are compelled to leave the job. Appraisals are never given on time. Suppression of talents and loyal employees is their only motive.

It's a worst group, poor management, no working culture, no planning, actually it's a work shop only but having a good brand name in wheels industry,SSWL should hire educated managers rather then mentally sick managers. DONT JOIN THIS GROUP,DONT DISTROY CARRIER FOR THE SHAKE OF MONEY.
