There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I worked at JAMSHEDPUR plant After i left company, they did not release my PF account and also cut my last month salary even after serving notice period. Very bad management. Management team behaviour is very disappointing, they don't care about any employee, They can terminate any employee at any time, Mass termination happens in every 2 to 3 years, they fire engineers and managers in bulk Plant head and managers always pushes for extra work more than shift time without paying overtime Salary is very minimum Work culture is demoralising type Head office from Punjab plant pays no attention to employees

Pure Lala culture of company you got immediately joining

Pure Lala Culture of company. Employee always struggle for payment . Employee get salary after 2 months. One month salary employee never get. Always need to do work late evening
