Middle management and individual department hods are not upto the mark and more politics while appraisal like in any Indian company

Likes

well organized, coordinated team with supporting culture. Active part in building the plant during expansions. Excellent growth during the period 2005 to 2013 and stalled now due to liquid crisis and slowdown of steel and power business.
