At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. 1. Salary Comes Last Day of Month 2. U can Leave office 5:30 PM if U have Less Work 3. For Juniors & Shift persons there is No pressure for Work & Can leave site Timely 4. Very Secure Job. Nobody will Threaten you for Extra Work & if you Don't Blow up The plant, then for No Reason you will be fired.
