At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. Job security is good as like government. Yearly 2 times bonus you will get. After 3 year 1 lakh loyalty bonus you will get. After 5 year 10000 inr you will get extra. Salary difference for same job colleagues. Once you join Steag, you need to beg for promotion and increment but you won't get it. Manpower management is very poor. Steag management is very poor. Steag is best for persons who don't want to work but get timely salary and timely increment as there is no one who look after descipline and punctuality.
