At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.

Salary comes on time. Medical policy are good. Only that things is good. Actually steag is good. But they are hiring such stupid kind person in upper Management. They make our life is worst. I will not blame to Steag owner & company. But surely higher management is too much selfish n poor they are Monster.

Company values & things dosent matters. Rules are not same for all employees. Buttering is too much. No one will support you their. If you have own talent. Own skiil own communation is good. Self believe in . Only that condition. You can survive in steag. Due to clients. If you are expecting some one will guide you and support you. Then forget about it. No one will teach you. NO ONE WILL SUPPORT YOU. Mainly your Hod. Coz they have less knowledge. Only one thing they know. How to insult you. And put you in down. So don't take risk. The higher Management is totally selfish. You can't expect humanity there. That s it. I want to write More but I will not. One thing if you have resigned and u don't have any support. They will never leave you. Before three months. If you want to pay Notice period. Nd want to get early relive. Then forget about it. If you have source & higher jack. Then they will relive you within one week. If U left then they will torcher you always. No one will help you. They brutally break my heart. I am too much upset with my decision. But that is my mistake. Nd I want to say sorry for steag. I had eat salt of steag. But I am writing whole thing. I m not writing all this thing for revenge. I know steag is good. But in management some dirty people are there. I pray too God. If steag have genuine person. Please read this. Nd take Necessary action. Mene jesa steag k bare me suna tha uska opposite paya. M feeling so sorry

...e in the company for this work on the whole I'll say never to join this company. Also the salary and other benifit comparing to other organization is low company give to much salary as per their exp They live in the 2006 salary structure and their policy.

1. Salary Comes Last Day of Month 2. U can Leave office 5:30 PM if U have Less Work 3. For Juniors & Shift persons there is No pressure for Work & Can leave site Timely 4. Very Secure Job. Nobody will Threaten you for Extra Work & if you Don't Blow up The plant, then for No Reason you will be fired.

1. Indian Zonal Culture. 2. Groupism 3. Zone Based Lobbying 4. 5% people control 95% power 5. Yearly Increment 2% to 7% for people who are soft & do not oil superiors & do not speak their native language. 6. Client Vendanta is Horrible & so are their Employees

Work life balance is good but it depends upon site to site condition.Facilities and other work culture changes site to site.overall good.

Promotion amd increment very slow . Salary also less as compared to experience.
