Likes

It's on you how you learn different technical things on site. Provision of food and acmodation. Company owners don't see your good work it's just you commit a mistake and you will be get abused in front of everyone.

Dislikes

Everything like no on time salary, Owners doesn't know how to talk. They treat engineers like labours. Your one decision against the management and you will be fired. No job security and they will fire you at anytime according to their work requirement. No technical person in management.
