Deceiving people. Will hire you at a less salary saying you will get incentives. They will purposely set such unrealistic targets that you will not be able to achieve. And even if you do, you are not recognised until you are connected in some way to the upper management. Plus, even after working hard, you will get peanuts as increment. Positions are as usual for their close ones. No point in wasting time in slogging here since you wont get anything out of it! They dont even know a difference between sales and revenue management. All illiterate and 0 knowledge people are heading as managers who just know how to act over-smart and boss around. Also, where the world is opting towards hybrid models, since these people favourite pass time is micro managing and not setting proper processes, they want you to come office everyday.

Nothing..It's like they juice you out with all your skills and then hire someone on lesser pay scale and undoubtedly they don't focus on service anymore.

Dislikes

Politics is not my cup of tea and yes the least is you expect the vista owners to be supportive but then they take a call on a business level and no emotions involved. Doesn't matter how long or how honest you've been at work. Happens when you get greedy or money gets into your head.

Typical LALA type company All freshers employed who lacks basic Professional Ethics to talk and converse. Cofounders take all decisions and rest HR and Directors just execute all orders Lot of unprofessional tactics followed Pl dont join this company - its a horrible experience no body works and who works is finally put on PIP and terminated

Office culture is not at all good as they believe in there gujrati community

...s been only 2 months but in that 2 months i have seen how they actually behave. No manners while talking and whoever wants to leave from here they retain them and increase there salary and designation no matter how they perform. People who are working here from 2-3 years are at executive level itself. No Appreciation, No Promotion. Lot of work with less incentives and all team leaders have bad attitude towards there team. They have there gujrati community and to them only give the opportunities. The work and the atmosphere of the office is impacting on the mental health and here no one is happy at all. They keep training sessions each week and that is also not worth at all. Totally disappointed with them. They just collect moments to show there good side but in reality they are fake.

1. They put a lot of pressure on interns 2. Stipend not given as promised 3. Hire interns and make them work as a full time employees without salary but only stipend 4. No learning from the kind of job you are doing 5. No difference between the qualification of the candidate 6. Strict working hours
