There is hardly much to like. The company isn't in a great shape tbh.

Dislikes

The payscale is very less, zero chance to develop skills. No chance of promotions. Plus, they are not transparent about their policies. They removed people by giving frivolous reasons of poor performance, while it was very clear that they lack the funds to sustain the business. Wouldn't recommend joining.

Good salary is the only plus point. Permanent work from home model.

Dislikes

No job security. Management will fire you without any prior notice and with out any valid reason. No skill development. No learning opportunity. No work life balance.

You will start feeling like contributing for a genuine and much needed thing to make joyful and meaningful education..very good exposure to recent tools and knowledge resources with respect to learning techniques. Amazing culture and vision

The culture was super cool initially and I really got a lot of opportunities to grow. Moreover, thr best part is always spending time with children.

Random firings in the name of low performance. Layoffs without giving any reason.

No support from the Managers, No motivation. If you are facing any issue they will not help you find a way to resolve it. No work life balance Strict timing Have to achieve daily parameters else it will be marked as LOP.
