Nothing good other than salary, join another company

StatusNeo is not good company. It's a consultancy and has no job security. The worst company ever seen. HR called and told me to apply for loss of pay (LOP) without giving any prior notice and stop working for a client. After 2 days told me you were fired. They give me only 20 days to serve the notice period but it should be 2 months' notice time from the company. If you have other offers then don't join third class company StatusNeo.

Initially, when the company was growing at that time company culture was good. However I have personally observed after getting a great place to work certification, the company is no longer a great place to work with. They had majorly long-term clients before now they have a mix of both short-term as well as long-term. Learning is good if you are aligned with the client's project where there is no maintenance work and development is from scratch. Sneo hangout in which one can get INR.500/person to meet and hang out with other Statusneo employees in your city. The company will reimburse for certification same as other companies. But confirm with management before opting.

... company and once you are aligned with one project, the company will forget you. They will just credit your salary and the Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you for conducting interviews only. Otherwise, they will forget your existence. Advise to management not to forget their employee after assigning them to 1 project. Favoritism is there. So no company-sponsored trip or event at least once in a year. They do offsite sometimes as well as trips. But for limited people only those who are in their favourite list.

Everything , from work like balance to culture and to pay scale. Pretty happy

Nothing as such , some teams are working completely work from here , while some projects require onsite meetings. But more or less its very flexible and hybrid

Dislikes

Health benefits are missing, so better purchase your own health insurance if you are joining here. As this is a startup be flexible with most of the things which are not ready yet.

Statusneo provides better salary than any other company, frequent get togethers.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible as this company provides their employees to different companies as 3rd party vendors, their clients many time treat their employees like shit and if employee tries to raise voice then there is no one to hear about it.
