... stagnant , and the yearly salary increment is shockingly low 300rs to 700rs.While a Diwali bonus is provided it doesn't make up for the lack of opportunities and recognition. The work environment heavily political , with favoritism being a significant issue, especially towards certain individuals in leadership. Shift flexibility is non -for example,example night shift are mandatory and nearly impossible to change. While snacks are provided during night shifts, they are subpar compared to even government school meals. Most importantly, there is no real focus on skill develolment.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for professional growth or fair treatment.

...curity is never there. They will chuck you out just on a random meeting someday. If you join a position with a salary X ₹and project budget is somewhere X.5 ₹, then the highest possibility is you will shown a red card on your performance and asked to leave.

Team and manager was good. We had friendly environment and manager was always been encouraging.

Salary is very less Annual appraisal percentage was very low Our voice always been made unheard by Higher management. I could say HR also responsible because she never been in office and never there to hear us. Never response to our pings or emails.

Stats seemed to be a great company with excellent work culture & management. Highly recommended for people who are all interested in sports side career. You'll enjoy the work to the core & get paid for that too.
