Fellow colleagues are good at helping in works. I learned politics learning that how to tackle people inside and outside company

Dislikes

Job security is very poor.Salary and regular increment process is very very poor.I am not satisfied with the salary/increment but i put all effort to work.Travel is slightly inconvenient because when we reach morning after a long journey we have to attend site after an hour or minimum time duration. Innovation in product is very worst because there is no up gradation in products feels like roaming in same platform and our competitor have quite advanced products with considerable price range
