No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.

Bad Decision to Join, worst management ever seen in my 8 year of working. If you are going ask for better fix pay because incentive bonus is a scam there are end number of criteria which Superman will also not able to met. Means no incentive bonus at all

Job security is there even if employee will not perform. All are the freshers so it's good thing that company hiring freshers

... that are not even able to explain anything due to burden on experienced people. Less salary, appraisal process is worst.

Likes

Company is very good in growth and learning perspective. If you are performing well you will get promoted very soon. Unlike other big companies, role elavation happen pretty soon if you are eligible.

Dislikes

1. No work-life balance 2. Benefits like bonus, Mandatory off etc are not there. 3. Shift times may exceed 12 hrs.

Nothing other than coimbatore location

Dislikes

No career development or skills development plans or training plans... Bad compensation hike. Senior mgmt only threatens but never sits on productive solutions. Too many integrity issues across levels. Transport is charged.
