Employees are asked to extend the shifts to meet the expectations. Highest extended shifts i have done was for 22 to 23 hours a day in busy period. Normal days it extend to 2 to 3 hours every day.

Dislikes

No compensation for extra hours paid and Unsatisfied compensation for most of the employees.

For fresher's its great organization to start their Carrier in Finnace.

Compensation is low compare with other competitors in the market. This is the main cause employees leaving organization in short time.

Salary credit on time. Leave benefits and compensatory off if working on indian holiday. Leave policy is good.

No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

...ked to leave the company. All the people around you are completely supportive. Company still need to work on salary and appraisal as currently this one factor company is having less ratings. User friendly enviroment & there is huge, huge growth innovation & there is very high scope for skill developement & learning.

Company still need to work on some monetory benefits like night allowance and appraisals after getting promotion to next level.

Here I learnt many things from Manager and company's Management, growth also good over here and training happenings for all levels very well.

...me of work because of that they have to do strach every day to deliver the work. So suggest that if company pay them night allowance or over time then it will benefit both of them, from employee side - they will provide more effort and become punctual at their time and for company side - they will meet the client expectations and because of employees they will increase their business.
