Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.

... a good platform to start your career and you will get to learn many new things. The working culture is best to start career however it does not pay good salary as compared to market standards.

...reet is a big brand and I would suggest new learner to start career with syntel. Dislike is only the package syntel pays.

Overall work environment is satisfactory as a result i got opportunities to travel abroad especially to Scotland, France.

...are not come up with new ideas then your growth would be stuck on same position.compensation as per market

Employees are asked to extend the shifts to meet the expectations. Highest extended shifts i have done was for 22 to 23 hours a day in busy period. Normal days it extend to 2 to 3 hours every day.

Dislikes

No compensation for extra hours paid and Unsatisfied compensation for most of the employees.

Like- Managment level is all good.any situation to be be handle.extra work to be paid.atmosphere is all good.frankly talking.

Dislike- Most of favouritism.less growth,less pay to the salary as per work.
