Teams mates are very supportive, syntel provide very good training in finance stream, it is good learning platform to everyone.

Dislikes

Syntel did not provide good salary package and appraisal, if someone is trying their best but in return they will not receive positive approach or we can say positive response from seniors.

Likes

There is nothing much to like here, beside free snacks that they provide once between 12am to 6am & no rotational shifts in ASG vertical.

Dislikes

I won't recommend this company because in inhand salary there will be variable of Rs.2500/- which you get on monthly performance & TL is not willing to give you 5 stars every month even tough you perform well so you endup getting only 1500/- or 2000/-. Night allowance is also very low compared to other company. And cafeteria kitchen is not at all clean.

Full of politics and low rate of appraisal.. HR team is too lazy to respond on query. Good place for freshers

Salary is low but Lot of opportunities for external study of capital markets and good number of training program

People, work environment, quality of work. You will get many things to learn if you are fresher or if you want to shift your career into investment banking. People will get opportunities to travel client place also.

The best thing in Syntel is learning. You can get good chance to learn and enhance your knowledge and skills. Work environment is also good. A good platform for fresher.

The salary they provide is not pet the market standard. Also you will not get good hike there.
