...yntel is best amongst others i think as i learned almost many things overe here. Talking about Salary structure i believe it is very less as compared to other companies but u will get according to your work. Its good to work and learn here for upto 2 yrs and then switch to other companies to earn more perks.

There are many pros and cons about any organisation, talking about 4SPL i think Salary structure and Politics.

The work culture is very much employee friendly. Also there is too much learning at fresher level and henceforth the expereince gained here is too good.

Dislikes

The compensation policy here is badly drafted. No matter whatever task you perform you will have a salary same as compared to someone performing easy task at same level.

For freshers it's a good company. Work life balance is terrible because of work load, you have to do overtime without getting extra pay. Campus is beautiful and company policies are not in employees favor. Overall an average company. Would not recommend if you are experienced candidate.

Salary credit on time. Leave benefits and compensatory off if working on indian holiday. Leave policy is good.

Dislikes

No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

Freedom to do work, salary credit on time, food coupons are providing for night shift, early or late hours provide cab facility

Dislikes

Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.
