1) People - bottom to top management are getting worse than worst. 2) Salary and appraisal is like giving peanuts🥜 3) promotions is based on Favouritism, 🥾 you know what I mean. 4) Learning at the initial phase is quite good but it will stopped in sometime. 5) Mentally disturbed when you working for year's. Suggestion - if your job need is very high & want to do job here let's make not more than 1-2 years.

There is very less thing that one can like to work at syntel

Dislikes

Salary is very less for any one to work. There is no over time amount given. Night allowance is very low. No monetary benefit of you work on weekends.
