People working at State Street Syntel Services are a lot good, understanding, helping & professional people. I am glad that I met like this kind people & this people as my colleagues. There is a lot to learn here so much knowledge. Syntel is a university of Investment Banking as StateStreet the world's largest custodian is our client & we are working as a part of them. But apart from this there is no any reason to be here in this company at all. Good for freshers to work here for 2-3 years Max not more than that. For experienced people 2 years is enough to stay here in Syntel.

I want to leave this company because the work life balance is so poor & salary-promotion is also very political & unhealthy. No working access provided properly also no good services of employee wellbeing. No chairs, desktops available for team. Laptops are also worst while working. IT dept is also slow in working. Here in Syntel HR gives importance to form filling activities more than your actual work production & deadlines. All though my experience is 50-50 here as I've seen the greatest & the worst time as well & I've stayed here in the worst as well but overall 3 Stars is what I can give this being an employee to this organisation.

While leving organisation HR had word will payout for two month for 3 month notice period but for 1 month salary was not credited even they are lying with employees. Worst transport service. They explored employees there is Imbalance between authority and responsibility. Managers are more autocratic.

As a fresher there is a extreme chance to get excellent knowledge of Financial Services. At beginning of the career rearly we get a chance to learn and use of different applications under one roof. All over experience was excellent.

Dislikes

...ny. It was great place to work and I really enjoyed my time while working there. But somewhere I agree, the pay skill were not as per market standard.

The company is global and adopted the new Changes. And the company is goal oriented. I liked the skills and development program the company is provided.

There are no compensation to do work for 14-18 hours.

Work environment is nice.about training ,well known trainer and always ready solve doubt. My team is friendly nature also team leaders. I learn more about finance in this company. Company always adopt new innovative ideas and technology as well as encourage the employee to comes with new ideas. Teams are arrange fun active for employee to reduce stress and enjoy the work. I am happy to being a part of syntel.

I am disappointe for appraisal policies. compensation is decent but growth is very slow.
