...my skill set. Highly disappointed. Overall happy for working at State Street, Got salary from State Street, but worked for CRD(sister company) State Street is a definitely a good work place. I will try to join again if I will get an opportunity.

It is like you are working in a team who believes in slog work only. Managers do not pay attention to improving work culture and you don't get breaks while working. Everyday you spend one hour extra at work and never get paid for that extra work that you did. I felt like i was a slave and I'll never recommend this to anyone. Plus you don't get enough salary raise

...g hours. If you take breaks then you'll end up spending two hours extra at work. Managers don't pay attention to work life balance and they never appreciate your work. How can a probation go for 11months just because your immediate manager and senior manager don't have time for skill improvement

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary for freshers is too low and the notice period is 2 months where the employee will not get the salary for notice period.

It's a great experience working with state street. I had join as a freshers and became a senior associate with in 3years. I have learned many things being an employee.

Dislikes

State Street doesn't provide us with great amount of hikes or bonus. The ultimate goal of an individual is to grow by having good amount of experience with minimal benefits.

Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.
