Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

-There is no much cuttings in salary which they mentioned in offer letter. -Employee insurance policy is good.

-Work preasure hits above the avg level (Depends on the team you work for). -Only one day WFH, again it is depends on the team you work for)

...ficult to apply a leave and even worse is everything is still manual tracking. They will send multiple emails and conduct calls on hike and two days later would be a cost cutting and there will be one email that your shift allowance will be no longer provided.

...ears to reach manager. In mumbai you wont find growth opportunities lot or ijps. Bonus and allowances are way less than competitors. They are very cost conservative.

Terrible company to work for, they will hire one person for a role and dump all work on him. No support from onshore. In every meeting they will just force you to deliver and will not listen to your concerns. Most of the time there is hiring freeze so all the work load will be on the existing resource. Even passing one year time in this company is so tough. Don't join here better look for some company who atleast hires sufficient people for work.
