It is like you are working in a team who believes in slog work only. Managers do not pay attention to improving work culture and you don't get breaks while working. Everyday you spend one hour extra at work and never get paid for that extra work that you did. I felt like i was a slave and I'll never recommend this to anyone. Plus you don't get enough salary raise

...g hours. If you take breaks then you'll end up spending two hours extra at work. Managers don't pay attention to work life balance and they never appreciate your work. How can a probation go for 11months just because your immediate manager and senior manager don't have time for skill improvement

...izational policies are really good and at par with other asset management firms. Compensation is competitive with periodic restructuring and salary review. The organisation ensures that its employees are well paid off for their efforts.

Dislikes

The India Hub hiring team is unstable esp for Hyd location. Since there is minimal HR involvement during hiring process except salary negotiations, the hiring manager is the decision maker for your hiring and your future. Job stability is uncertain, I saw 6-7 resignations in my team (including myself) since 1.3 yrs of my tenure. And incase you plan to join, don't get lost in the bureaucracy.

It's a big brand and employee benefits are good like transportation, insurance etc.

Dislikes

...s, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. If you raise something you will be targetted and your ratings, bonus, increment everything will be spoiled and you will be sidelined from everything until you quit.

Worst management No salary hike for 2 years Lots and lots of politics in Senior Management Lot of work pressure Worst cafeteria No maintenance on wash room Only 25k raised for 2 years experienced candidate and that is first appraisal Cab employees will always leave the office on time, but own transport people need to do OT and complete the pending task and no OT pay will be provided Most of the managers are just came and go not take any part in team always partiality for favourite employee

I like the work culture and the job security which state street gives. I believe it is a good place to upskill yourself

Dislikes

Being a fresher I got into the organization with low package. I have got recognization from manager and clients too but Inspite of giving my 100% and getting recognization they have not increased my salary
