... is a lot of internal politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is good when compared to other companies but once we join , it’s very difficult to upscale your self into next level as the growth opportunities are too slow and really hard.

It's a big brand and employee benefits are good like transportation, insurance etc.

...s, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. If you raise something you will be targetted and your ratings, bonus, increment everything will be spoiled and you will be sidelined from everything until you quit.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

They takeover Atos syntel company so management is old and full of politics and favouritism. No promotion and increment given to deserving ones. Plus no job security as they can lay off anytime for silly reason
