State street has good work environment and no discrimination and good job security in any situations

Work load, over time's with out providing any over time pay, and less pay while making comparison with our work

working at SS during Covid-19 lockdown has been great. there has been no cut in the salary, and WFH has been implemented throughout office to ensure safety of employees. although the IT is not so great, they ensure work is not impacted.

Dislikes

Company is great for freshers and experienced as well. not much employment related benefits such as gymnasium, cafeteria etc

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

Their benefits are good like food allowance internet allowance bonus leave travel allowance

Dislikes

They takeover Atos syntel company so management is old and full of politics and favouritism. No promotion and increment given to deserving ones. Plus no job security as they can lay off anytime for silly reason

Work from home option is there. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Terrible company to work for, they will hire one person for a role and dump all work on him. No support from onshore. In every meeting they will just force you to deliver and will not listen to your concerns. Most of the time there is hiring freeze so all the work load will be on the existing resource. Even passing one year time in this company is so tough. Don't join here better look for some company who atleast hires sufficient people for work.
