State street as an organisation is a good place to work but the management hired are purely based on referrals no matter whether they have the skills which makes it tough to survive for people who don't know their managers . Policies are only in documents not in practice anywhere.

The only good thing was the work life balance. Since its an overall very slow moving company, people have lot of time to do anything they like.

Dislikes

No compensation - words by leaders - " we dont have much work, so wont give u competitive package also" No processes - there are literally no processes for anything. Leadership is good but they are more focused on how they are growing. No onsite - on asking about onsite opportunity, response from senior leadership - "This is ur onsite, not sure what exactly are u asking"

...est technologies. After a certain level of experience the work gets monotonous There is high salary disparity at the same level, same technology and same team

They pay well. There are few businesses which over good compensation to the employees. No cap for promotion. Not seen much of office politics. All depends on the team you are into

Dislikes

No work life balance. At times yearly compensation is low. Lot of attrition and no new hires.
