I don't like anything in SBI wealth. No support in covid 19. First time in 10 years career bank has cut my 1month salary as I m not able to travel my posting place due to lockdown. Not allowed work from home

Very good work culture, excellent trainings, good promotional policies, adequate salary, No hurdles in travel,one could learn everything in banking, chances were plenty for innovation and working as manager is hectic but fully satisfied by achieving all goals allotted to me. As the SBH was merged into SBI, an option was given for VRS. Hence I opted VRS. I had to visit my daughter at USA, I availed the opportunity.

SBH is number one Associate Bank . It provided me good career growth justifying my hard result & oriented work I have done for the Bank.Due involvement in job I could not I missed work-life balance.

Dislikes

Association politics hampered the work environment. H R policy regarding transfers demotivated me as the person who is close to Association leaders and Top Officials favoured than a needy official.

Work environment - excellent. If we work with dedication it’s being recognized and appreciated. We get good guidance and support. Overall to say in a nutshell good friendly supportive organization

It is like a regional Bank. Lots of Telugu people in the bank will make you realise that it is like a bank for them. Non Telugu staff in the Telugu dominated branches feel lonely. But after merger, such feeling may not be there, I feel
