Salary & TA advance is only given in time. Company policies are very pathetic, not a cent percent transparent. Good industry for beginner but for experienced candidate this company is not suitable. Job security is level is like 256 bit coz they will never fire anyone easily unless you resign yourself or the authority find you unprofitable.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow≈ no growth. If you ask about hike/appraisal, your manager will ask u to leave the company saying "go out & find a job who pay u hike in your salary." Work-life balance is very pathetic. If you work like slave it's ok never ask for leave. If you sent TA bill in office they will simply cut an amount from total bill & after if you want your submitted bill to check the deduction they will never show the bill. We have to ask every month about salary payslip. The accountant will simply ignore it saying " head office is not sending pay slip". You have to beg to accountant a million times to got your medical card ready. The accountant do all sorts of thing except his role to employee.

Work environment good . Teammates are supportive and management is average. Company policies are normal and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management not solve issues any employees. Salary is also not good. Policies are very harmful for any service engineer's. On the job training is not proper given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and adopt latest technology.I feel proud to be a part of Statcon Parivar that markets reliable,high quality products and has a Wonderful client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues mone from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Good for learning except few people all are supporting even md explains if any doubts occur

Due to few people whole company environment is down people working here think once they leave company it will stop working

There is no promotion in my field. I m doing single work from for year.

Dislikes

There is no hard work in this field but pressure is always carry on mind. There is no holiday for sight engineer. I cant celebrate single festival with my family from january 2015. I have to do ready all seven days in weak for any failure. There is no weekly off , no holiday off, due to railway work.
