The reporting structure is flawed; everyone, whether in the safety or quality department, reports solely to the project in-charge. This includes leaves and other aspects, causing difficulties in fulfilling their responsibilities, both directly and indirectly.

According to management change, they are not maintaining any corporate cultural, like considering performance criteria, only politics is the moto.. No job guaranty on good performance.

Hard working and Sincerity No Value, They are used and throw like tissue paper, I have worked in this company from 2019 to till date now I'm notice period they have planned and force me to resign and i have completed two BMRCL projects one is Mysore road metro line six station from Nayandalli to Kengeri station and second from Tin factory station to Whitfield metro station. now they are telling cost control so no job, i have with me 80yrs old Father also he have health issue, i requested to company HR but they are not at all ready listen, now I'm struggling like hell, this is what company given me a Gift for Hard working and Honest.

Company is good, but the managers are all the worst because those who are in the manager's favor are the only ones who get promotions.

It very good company for knowledge development and knowing new infrastructure idea growth for beautiful career. All staff behaviour is very good and its gave the more priority to safety for his employees & customer. Starworth company give more important to his customer and always know what type of dream house is required his customer and he is satisfying to his customer everytime as on date in market. Always he is giving first priority to safety and quality so this company is very good as on date and I believe always he ll be maintaining as same in market.
