If you want to learn, analyse and pursue research in "Micromanagement", I would gladly recommend this org. The higher management focuses it's energy and time in cutting euros from its contractors pockets instead of improving its mediocre and error prone platform. They hire talents and waste the available resources in mindless short blogs. The organization doesn't have any futuristic plans or goals for itself or it's employees/ contractors. Their whole profit lies in cutting invoice amounts, and give some micromanagement jargon to justify it! I request the management to stop wasting valuable contractors' time and if you don't have any impactful plan, straight away mention it to them.
