Though it's going to be a fresh start but the environment I got was low. Sometimes people wants to be a part of a start up as a great opportunity but the management (Basically Some founders) are quiet act like a robot and treat you as one. Miscommunications are very much likely to happen since the blame games are on and perks are always a subject on availability or I must say planning of deductions are very much focused in all the aspects they can. So go get an opportunity may be in a small but good environment or build a startup with a human environment instead joining in such a robotic startups.

Miscommunications and poor management skills.

I like the environment around us. I like the work and team coordination. It is a good experience working at startup company. I have learnt how to communicate with teammates. I like the work environment.

Dislikes

I found difficulty in traveling. Lack of transportation facilities.

The interaction with startups and helping them in any way is the best aspect of Startup Odisha

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here, the mission is run as per the discretion of whoever/whomever is in charge of the department.
