It was a Terrible experience for this company. Poor company culture, environment, and management team. Nothing work-life balance and benefits. Managing Director nothing good.

Dislikes

Weak managerial skills and poor executive oversight. Inadequate salary structure. Salary slip not provided. RS. 1 lakh checks are submitted before joining this company, and then after 15 days, an offer letter is generated, for a fresher and more experienced person. Salary has to be mailed and the company does not pay itself. Insufficient training opportunity. Lack of Professional Development. Salary does not pay on time.

Every company small or midsize company has few things here and there, Saturday Week Off is only point i didnt liked, Rest None of the company become big like Infosys. Every company has to go through some challenges.

Nothing, its the worst experience till i had ever. Never saw a company like this

Dislikes

No working culture No support No increment Only agenda of this company to take tester as trainee which is free and say to all we will increase the salary after three months, once training is completed. But when three months is over they betrayed the employee and force them to leave or they tell to employee they are not capable to get salary after three months. Worst experience

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
