Only good thing is fellow colleagues are good in nature and they support each other, but the management is worst someone can think of in their dreams.

Partners are greedy and money minded. Even on some silly and minor issue your salary will be deducted and especially for intern don't even think to join they will tell at the time of interview that your stipend is 10000 and once you join then you will get to know that 2500 will be deducted which will given only if work for a year and most funny thing is they will take you to offsite on condition that 30% expense will be borne by us as they don't have enough budget for staff welfare, Co. have reached this level of cost cutting that they stopped giving 2 rupees parle-g biscuit with tea to employees. even though company's profits are sky rocketing. Our office timings are 10:30 to 7:00 p.m. and if we get late by even 1 minute or leave early 7:00 pm. our 25% of that day's stipend will be deducted. Genuine reasons will not be entertained at all. No wfh is allowed even you have very very urgent personal work or any other reason , in that case we have to take leave for which our salary will be deducted and partner will also call you next day and scold you. They have a policy that deducted salary of employees will be donated by the company which is also not followed They have not provided any proof for it. At last I would say if you are intern first see for a better firm if you are not getting any option then you can join for 6 months in which you will learn all skills and work which the firm has in to offer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR LONG TERM.

I like only people are good friendly and owner is also good. Learning apportunity is also very good.

Dislikes

Salary structure very bad , if they don't like your work thery will give termination letter however if you want to learn and doing hard work they don't like they like who is speaking false and if they don't like your work they decrease your salary at the time after that you will left this company and no extra benefits, like esi pf, other allowance, they give you to work extra and they will not give you money after that they will say take leave only for extra work

... baat krte h even waha ka owner b. Isse better to school ke bachhe baat kr lete. They no leave any single chance to deduct your salary. They treat like you are slave of them. Yaha HR tk ko baat krne ki tamiz nhi h

Work culture, Employees and Employers behaviour is very good and friendly. They care about the employee. Growth and skills development is good.

Dislikes

1. Overtime is not paying in Cash/Bank it's can adjust as compo off. 2. Work pressure is high. But it's good for freshers or interns for learning purpose.

Only colleagues are the good supporting system in your journey.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics despite being staff of only 20-25 employees and management doesn't address lockdown and financial issue and deducted certain proportion from salary.
