Behaviour of directors is horrible. He won't allow you to work according to your KRA. He will assign only printing and filling work. Putting lots of pressure to perform badly so that they get chance to sack you

There is nothing good about the Company. It is going to get closed down in next six months. All the Directors are going to face disqualification under the Companies Act, 2013

Dislikes

MD - Very rude, arrogant, ill literate, no knowledge about compliances, most imperfect person; COO - He wants only breakfast at 9.45 am. He is never punctual; he also has no knowledge about compliances, he is also arrogant and rude; CFO - She knows only to cheat others including employees, she has not deposited Statutory dues with the Government for at least 10 years; Also, the Statutory Auditors have resigned stating that the Company has not paid their dues and it has suffered heavy losses this financial year.
