...n working with Starlit Ability Enhancement Services Pvt Ltd since February 2020. From the month of September I was sent on leave without pay, as I didn't have any client. Later I was given an opportunity of being a replacement teacher for 2 weeks. But other than that there was no work Available.

The thing about this organisation is they didn't have any work.

...ofile is good. I got a lot of experience working with my clients in all domains. Salary and reimbursement are paid on time. The senior team is very helpful and good. Everything is very well managed in the COVID situation and ensure proper safety. The company director, Soumya Mam is also very nice and approachable.

Get to work independently and learn on the job. The team that helps with intervention is quite efficient and teaches you really well

Dislikes

Admin team is poor. They force you to work a lot. No compensation given to employees when they want to take leaves. Overall HR policy is also very poor

Fairly good to start career with special kids. no office politics but very specific about policies.

Dislikes

Most of the training happens online. It's great If same can be arranged in person to connect with other employees.

I appreciated the supportive and collaborative environment that fostered professional growth and development in child psychology and special education. The opportunity to work directly with children and witnessing their progress was deeply rewarding. The management and team was approachable and encouraged innovation, creating a dynamic workplace.

Dislikes

Majority of my experience has been positive and while i had a few troubles in navigating some challenges, but the team’s coordination and management’s prompt support help me through it.
