Career as in fresher or Intermediate it is a good place to learn the work. 1. Always you can get the opportunity to work on latest technologies 2. Product and Service based company 3. Job security 4. You will get chance to work on new technologies as well 5. Flexible hours and you must maintain avg 9hrs per day in the overall month 6. Internal support is good

If your looking for work-life balance this is not the place. 1. You will have, always overloaded work 2. You have to do lot of work-logs and demos 3. should maintain the avg 9hrs per day 4. Work from home only for higher management 5. No parental insurance
