Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

DOESNT CONVEY ANY INFORMATION CORRECTLY BEFOREHAND, Fraud ask you to get clients to invest Rs8000 min which they tell could be withdrawn but actually later they tell you that it couldn't be withdrawn, it needs 10 standard lot transaction which is like investing 100 dollars 100 times. they money from you for a mandatory intern competition 1000 rs and doesn't refund you if you deregister from the competition , don't have any such clause as nonrefundable, they say they'll refund it your live account but you can't withdraw from there also. I GUESS ITS A BAD TRICK TO EARN MONEY FROM INTERNS

Worst workplace and you can't learn anything bcoz they won't teach you any thing to provide certificate for your internship they charge money from you and also they make force to invest in markets a minimum amount of 20000 and if you make withdrawl they won't accept your withdrawl and your money won't be refunded at any cost Over all they are cheater and making frauds in such a way that they target young students by showing internship and job offers
