Company has become more focused on Store Management Trainee's who are externally hired because of their IHM degree who are not even pass in their subjects and they get outlets to handle beside having an ASM sitting on bench with culture experience and diversified performance. They have become less employee (partner) oriented after Lockdown is over. Their only focus is on expanding and cost cutting. It doesn't effect them that their employees are getting drained in this process.

It's been always good working with Tata Starbucks, where i have learnt so many things and have improved my skills. A good cultures company with great people.

Promotion in this company is so avarage and also the salary structure could be better.

Nothing much as there is no growth in terms of position and salary increments. People are bribed in the name of 2 weekly off. But the work and the payment does not go hand in hand. They are just made to slave for hours and light up on the gas in the name of increments which are fake.

The work life balance was very good, they always transfer the salary in time and everything thing is Starbucks was very good.

Some time they excide the shifts of the employee, other thn this it was good.

I want to really thank to starbucks.during the lockdown where every companny deduct salary or stop providing salary of cutt off staff,starbucks were given full support and full salary.around 2 months i get salary without doing anything.I feel proud that I m working at starbucks.thanks to starbucks management team.PR team.
