Staragile had good mentors who would guide you and support you incase if you are not able to achieve targets they would guide

The salary amout and targets were very less target was 6-7lakhs and the incentive was just 4-7k which is a very leas amout

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

slow wifi, electricity shortage it affects the motive of employees to work or complete a task. paid less comparing the other ed tech

There is support and friendly atmosphere to work with. With huge mass I was able to be exposed to multiple culture. The leaders are very understanding and considerate.

There is constant pressure from management with huge competition
