...2%. Again next year I tried and qualified the promotion but a peanut hike of Rs. 250 per month was given as salary increase after promotion in mid term. When asked HR they refused to comment and said it will be adjusted in Annual appraisal. But in Annual cycle also after delivering 95% Annual targets, no hike or appraisal given whereas people with less performance were given good appraisal.

... after 6pm you will have attended con call meeting in Google meet by 7pm to 9pm. If you miss any day attendence your regularisation will be reject by your senior, so that your salary can be cut, from this they think that employee will work hard. I have already lost 6 days salary. They will give p/day pressure for new business. Day night both. Means you can't survive 6 month here. If you want to join here then go but search another company too so that you have a back up after take pressure you will have to resign near by . I have worked in sbi life hdfc life but their culture is ok but sud life plz don't go here, 10 nhi 100 bar sochna yaha ane se pahle. Thela kahin khol Lena pr sud life join kr Krna.

Too much pressure on employee for sale branches and staff will not support at banks seniors call u again and again call u to far away on saturday meeting. Always take strict reviews not good plans comapny having. I didnt like work culture and distance meetings 😪 manager will not help in terms of calls and business everything you have Baer plus freelook took 60 days no one will help u have to face customer and being ridiculously embbarse

The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.
