One thing is best is abhay tiwari down to earth person. Sud life is good company.managment is least bother about their work.

No mangement, least bother for contrual employee, no benefit, less salary more work for contract employee but pay roll less work and more salary best example satyam parkar from customer engagement team and email process both the process he made it horrible.

Team leader starts their day after 10am for employees too many restrictions Concall after 6pm in a small salary package we have togive whole day time to company after 6pm employees are not able to give time to thier family and specially kids when team leader to achieve their target so they should be in field with employees not to sit in office by taking breath in airconditioner

Nothing is good in this company, worst culture, worst salary structure, the HR team is non co operative and the even cut your salary and incentive for nothing.

...ke i joined this company they paid my full and final settlement after 100 days, and also cuted unnecessary amount from my salary, this is bad organisation, i strongly refer please do not join.

... after 6pm you will have attended con call meeting in Google meet by 7pm to 9pm. If you miss any day attendence your regularisation will be reject by your senior, so that your salary can be cut, from this they think that employee will work hard. I have already lost 6 days salary. They will give p/day pressure for new business. Day night both. Means you can't survive 6 month here. If you want to join here then go but search another company too so that you have a back up after take pressure you will have to resign near by . I have worked in sbi life hdfc life but their culture is ok but sud life plz don't go here, 10 nhi 100 bar sochna yaha ane se pahle. Thela kahin khol Lena pr sud life join kr Krna.
