The New Management is too stingy to give growth and compensation even to the deserving employees while the Older Senior Management has no say in the Policies thus it is like the elephants teeth....'Looks Good!'

Politics in now a days, I worked here 13 years but company doesn't support old and experience employees, they always preffred to his cast and relatives of managment. Hr and some employee which called chamcha ( Rakesh darji). Manage his attendance setting and many other things. Worst compny in now a days.
