At the entrance of the office they have made it compulsory to some arogya Setu app and the status of corona infection condition by rapid testing and after that we are allowed to enter in the office.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
