Working environment is very poor. Teammates and management are not supportive Company policies are not good (e.g., timing is not perfect)

Dislikes

Management does not address to our issues or concern. Salary and career growth according to the work is very slow. There is no perfect training given to the new joiners. And mostly we need to work for extra hours without any extra it's a 12h swe always have to work for 15-16hours everyday.

...g. Down the line people who works can forget about promotions n appreciations. Regarding salary and compensation depends on the negotiations upfront as salaries are on time.

JOb Security. I salute to our company owners. Every body safe in this company. They give your time to learn and motivate also for better work.

Compensation & Benefits, depend on man to man. This is not good for employees and also for company growth. This is failure of management.

Star Cement is going in the right track for future growth so as to achieve its goal and Vision.

Strong and Transparent and HR Policy should be implemented, employee welfare and compensation should be taken care of at the same rate at which company is growing.

I had a very good team which made to come out victorious through all challenging job. Although working environment is good there but one can't feel secured of their job prospect. Anytime and for any reason he may be terminated.

Dislikes

Wage disparity most prevailing problems there. Your subordinate who needs guidance to finish his own job will get pay twice than what you get. Moreover qualification is of no value there. Biasness only helps to promote.
