Good and friendly working, There is no delay in salary, it is available on time.The company pays special attention to safety. There is proper arrangement for visiting the home of the employee.

Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.

1) Office infrastructure is excellent. 2) Salary on time. However in some cases it also get delayed due to inefficiency of HR department.

Complete favoritism & partiality culture. Even company's policy is not been equal for all. At once they will say that promotion is only due once you spend 3 years in the company on the other hand promotion is being given to favourite employee who have spent less than 1.5 years. This is a first company, I came across where HOD's are more concerned about their own appraisal rather than their subordinates. One HOD got double promotion where as employees who have spent more than 8 years in the company is yet to be promoted. The Company has one policy which leads to some appreciation for employees. personal growth is very slow, salary structure is not as per position/designation, lacks professional culture, HR lacs power to take strong decisions, management has outdated and blocked mindset, some people sitting at top takes biased & wrong decisions, but no one to look after that, seniors prefers appeasement

Working environment is very poor. Teammates and management are not supportive Company policies are not good (e.g., timing is not perfect)

Management does not address to our issues or concern. Salary and career growth according to the work is very slow. There is no perfect training given to the new joiners. And mostly we need to work for extra hours without any extra it's a 12h swe always have to work for 15-16hours everyday.
