We all might have heard in some point of our career that some CAs, Management personal and Engineers are working as labours in some companies in Middle East.Well for practically visualising this scenario you don't need to go to Middle East you can see it itself here in Star Cement. You may be hired but they don't provide you work related to your profile. In this company Manpower handling is the biggest issue and the Top Management is terrible. HR department is a big liar and they lie to any level. Don't expect any sort of support or guidance here. If you want to ruin your career you can join this company.

Team mates are good in behavior, don't know till now about career growth, learning many things about store work, environment also good to work...

Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.

1) Office infrastructure is excellent. 2) Salary on time. However in some cases it also get delayed due to inefficiency of HR department.

Complete favoritism & partiality culture. Even company's policy is not been equal for all. At once they will say that promotion is only due once you spend 3 years in the company on the other hand promotion is being given to favourite employee who have spent less than 1.5 years. This is a first company, I came across where HOD's are more concerned about their own appraisal rather than their subordinates. One HOD got double promotion where as employees who have spent more than 8 years in the company is yet to be promoted. The Company has one policy which leads to some appreciation for employees.
